Return, Refund and Store Policy

No refunds.  Store credit only.  All returns must be made within 10 DAYS of the shipment date or your return will be rejected.  Returns are for store credit only.  They must not be altered in any way, this includes but is not limited to the following: makeup stains, cigarette smoke, animal stains, hair, scent, perfume or if items have been worn, washed tags removed, or we do not receive it back at The Fixy Farmhouse before the 10 day allowance from which your order was shipped your return will be rejected. Return postage is paid by the buyer. 


 We do not do exchanges due to the quickly moving stock and we cant guarantee we will have the size you need or item at the time needed .  You will need to place a new order. 

*Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

*We are not responsible for returns lost in the mail.

The Fixy Farmhouse is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  Once your order leaves out store, we are not responsible for its whereabouts. If you are a domestic customer and your package is lost or stolen, you must contact us and we will contact our shipping carrier and start an investigation.  This can take up to 8 business days.  If the shipping carrier is at fault, a claim will be filed.  After the claim is filed by the shipping carrier, it can take 2-3 weeks for the claim to be received by us and for you to be compensated for your lost or stolen package.
